Rule #1, Don't Die!
We wanted an exercise deck that combined two of our passions: Archery and Exercise.
This deck is designed to keep you moving, but not make you bored. Every suite of cards focuses on a different muscle group, but doesn't completely exhaust one muscle by the third card. How many card workouts only do four exercises, just in different quantities? BORING!!
Exercise Directions:
Shuffle, then draw a card. Complete the exercise. The only break you get is the time it takes to draw the next card.
Scale the quantity as needed! See Rule #1
3D Directions:
Shuffle, then draw a card on your first shot. If someone refuses the archery challenge, suggest they do the exercise!
If there is no line of people behind you, do the exercise, then do the archery challenge.
If there is a line of shooters waiting and you get a 30 or 60 hold card.. Have everyone in your group shoot at once.
